2023–24 George Washington Revolutionaries men's basketball team

The 2023–24 George Washington Revolutionaries men's basketball team represented George Washington University during the 2023–24 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The team, led by second-year head coach Chris Caputo, played their home games at Charles E. Smith Center in Washington, D.C. as a member of the Atlantic 10 Conference (A-10). They finished the season 15–17, 4–14 in A-10 play, to finish in last (15th) place.[1]

On May 24, 2023, the school changed the nickname of its athletic teams to Revolutionaries.[2] The school's teams were previously nicknamed the Colonials.[3]

Previous season

The Colonials finished the 2022–23 season 16–16, 10–8 in A-10 play, to finish in a tie for sixth place.[4] They lost to Saint Joseph's in the second round of the A-10 tournament.[5]
