Pan Zhongqi (潘忠岐) is a Chinese scholar, with a brief experience in Chinese diplomacy. He is currently a professor at Fudan University in Shanghai.[1]
Educational background
editPan was awarded his Ph.D. in international relations in 1999.[1] Post-doctoral studies provided experience in a variety of academic settings:

Career
editPan is a professor at the School of International Relations and Public Affairs, which is located at Fudan University.[1]
In 2008-2009, he was First Secretary at the Mission of the People’s Republic of China to the European Communities.[1]
