The Developer Geeks is a platform for software developers to create and share blogs & discussions, make geek friends and develop IT communities. It helps them to keep updated with the latest development in the field of information technology.
Developers not only can create and share blogs, but also can start discussions, ask questions, exchange casual messages and keep updated with the friends, coworkers and community members about their whereabouts and what they are upto.
The Developer Geeks has originally been a blogging community, but to respect the popularity of Web 2.0 and social networking in internet era, it supports features such as "Add To Friends", "Join Group", "Send Message" and "Scrapbook", that help developers to grow their network of friends in the industry and get a feel of staying connected together with frequent exchange of messages. Community members get email notifications for every action from their friends and community members, such as article or blog submissions, postings on group discussions, answers for questions and comments in Scrapbook.
