Cinadon36

I was wikiborn in September 2016. I consider myself a Dragon but there are no studies or expert views classifying me at Wikipedia's Fauna.

My editing philosophy

Rule number one: Enjoy the process. Secondly, fulfill my own desire to acquire new knowledge. Editing Wikipedia, whether it involves adding or removing content, can run in parallel with my personal learning journey. My goal is to explore the "hows" and "whys" associated with each subject, summarizing the most prominent viewpoints and answers. Through this approach, I aim to convey the enthusiasm I have for various topics to the reader. While facts are crucial, it's equally important to discern them from trivial details.

Wikipedia is editing us

I believe that Wikipedia is shaping its contributors. I've noticed that I often find myself using Wikipedia-style reasoning in my everyday conversations. For instance, phrases like "Come on, this doesn't meet the criteria for a reliable source," or "Hey, you seem to be giving too much attention to this fringe theory" have become common in my language. Additionally, I've become more attuned to spotting logical fallacies. It's somewhat inevitable that every interaction we engage in has a subtle impact on us, but it seems that Wikipedia might have a more significant influence than we normally assume.

Conflict of Interest Declaration

I declare that I belong to the human species. I receive(d) food, education and money from humans (hopefully, this will continue). Apart from that, no other Conflict of interest.
