Waterline is a supertall skyscraper under construction in Austin, Texas, United States. Planned to be 1,021 feet (311.2 meters) tall, it is mixed-use building with residential, office, and hotel space.[2] Upon completion in 2026, it is expected to become the tallest building in Austin and the tallest building in Texas. Waterline will displace the Chase Tower in Houston, which stood as the tallest building in Texas for over 40 years, longer than any building in Texas history.

editWaterline is bordered, on the east, by the Rainey Street Historic District and on the west by Waller Creek. North of Waterline is Cesar Chavez Street and a few blocks south of Waterline is Lady Bird Lake.
