I edited a significant portion of the history section (roughly 2000 to 2004) and a few other things throughout, but there's a lot more work required. Most of the article reads like decades' worth of hastily thrown together, poorly edited change-of-command programs and commanding officers' fitness reports. It's full of military jargon (much of which even I, a naval aviator, cannot decipher), obscure lingo, acronyms, sentences that are about twice as long as they need to be, punctuation errors, unclear antecedents, military formatting, and so forth.
