I've been working on this article for some time now, and while I've made progress, it still needs a lot of work. The most challenging aspect is finding adequate references; as a member of the department I am intimately familiar with its structure and operations, however finding accurate information from outside sources has been difficult to say the least. If anyone reading this has suggestions, please feel free to elaborate!
