editHi, Was doing very minor edits as suggested. Looking at the "An editor has nominated this article for deletion" template added just recently in the source, as best I can tell this is a "notable" article with reliable 2ndary sources. There are multiple independent sources listed which refer to this newspaper. I do not see an actual "discussion" per-se about it, there is a very small bunch of text about (I am new so maybe I don't understand).
