Making a comparison with the 2006 Freedom House's index and the corresponding State of World Liberty Index gives Hong Kong a third spot on the latter, but is omitted in the former. I also believe it is not valid to compare this index with that of other indices that are made by professionals. According to the reference link and text within the page itself, New Zealand was first, but the table on the page lists the United States as first? What happened there?
