Missing bars
editI remember a 2 bar candy from Peter Paul in the 60's that was a chocolate covered malt crunch and possibly cashews. It was quite good. Does anyone else recall this or have info on it?THX1136 (talk) 16:15, 5 March 2014 (UTC)
- It was called the caravelle bar — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2601:802:100:30C0:1DF8:153:256D:2672 (talk) 19:59, 27 November 2019 (UTC)
- I remember the Caravelle as being a double bar with caramel center with rice crispies mixed in with the milk chocolate coating - similar to the $100,000 bar that Nestle came out with which was originally a full bar which then moved to a double bar with the name changed to 100 Grand. Not saying your wrong, but not what I remember either. Any one else got any ideas? THX1136 (talk) 03:14, 17 November 2020 (UTC)
- After some research I came across a commercial for the Peter Paul Almond Cluster bar which is the one I was thinking of - not remembering the particular nut that was used obviously.THX1136 (talk) 01:39, 23 November 2020 (UTC)
Why has no mention been made of the venerated Powerhouse bar? Grumbo69 (talk) 04:49, 23 August 2022 (UTC)
- I agree. Powerhouse was around for a relatively long time, being discontinued in the 80s I think. THX1136 (talk) 02:55, 15 December 2023 (UTC)
