Long history of hoaxing, mostly from Oklahoma and Arkansas IPs

This article has been the target of a persistent hoaxer who keeps trying to insert falsehood. They have used IPs primarily from Oklahoma and Arkansas, but a few times other places. An example of the disruption can be seen here. Other articles have been targeted in the same way, for instance Caillou (book series).[1] Below is a list of involved IPs.
