Matt Redman’s “10,000 Reasons”

edit

Is there a way to discourage Walter Görlitz from assuming ownership of this article and incorrectly changing the title of this song? He seems to be gaming the system by getting administrators involved to get other editors blocked and maintain his preferred version of the article. His block log shows a consistent history of edit warring. Thanks, Shawmanic (talk) 00:44, 15 August 2018 (UTC)Reply

Hey RobThomas15, considering the song title is "10,000 Reasons (Bless the Lord)" as I told you on your talk page and as it is listed at https://songselect.ccli.com/Songs/6016351/10-000-reasons-bless-the-lord, the only thing we should be discouraging is your behaviour.
AllMusic confirms the album title is 10,000 Reasons but the song title is "10,000 Reasons (Bless the Lord)". http://www.jesusfreakhideout.com/cdreviews/10000Reasons.asp and several other sources agree.
Also, please read WP:BLOCKEVASION. Walter Görlitz (talk) 00:54, 15 August 2018 (UTC)Reply
Feel free to provide your sources to show that the song title is what you claim as that is what is being discussed in this article, not the album. Walter Görlitz (talk) 00:56, 15 August 2018 (UTC)Reply
@Shawmanic:/@RobThomas15:. There is no ownership of this article as claimed here and in your edit comments when removing the welcome on Shawmanic's talk page. You're simply wrong and have no clue that you are. Walter Görlitz (talk) 01:03, 15 August 2018 (UTC)Reply
And now that Shawmanic has been blocked as a sock of RobThomas15, and RobThomas15's block has been extended, I will again restore the song title and wait for RobThomas15's block to elapse in a week so we can continue this discussion. Walter Görlitz (talk) 03:44, 15 August 2018 (UTC)Reply

RobThomas15, I am going to state this in terms you can understand: the album is called 10,000 Reasons and there is a song on the album called "10,000 Reasons (Bless the Lord)". As this an article about songs, we are linking to and describing the latter. There is no need to change anything. Do you understand that? I have provided at least two references to support my case and you have supplied an opinion of what you think the song should be titled. Walter Görlitz (talk) 01:37, 16 August 2018 (UTC)Reply
