Excel Communications was sold to VarTec Telecom, who claimed bankruptcy Oct 31,2004 taking Excel with it, and terminated all the representatives.

This "article" has been created on 19 July 2003 by "66.137.156.238" who apparently has not written anything else since. It does not have the quality one would expect to find in an encyclopedia. It has been tagged as 'advertisement' for 7 years but no one has corrected it probably because the company no longer exists and no one is really interested. Can this little-value article be deleted?
