Gallery removal
editI removed the gallery and incorporated some of its images into the article because I thought that few of the images in the gallery improved the article.
- Image:Aa_biddulphgrange_dahliawalk.jpg - A picture of the Dahlia walk that doesn't have any Dahlias in it. File:Biddulph Grange view along Dahlia Walk.jpg which I've included in the body of the article gives a decent overview
- Image:Bieddulph Grange great wall of china.jpg - I put this image next to where it was mentioned in the text
- Image:Biddulph Grange China from top.jpg - possibly this one should be incorporated into the article but it doesn't look much like a willow pattern plate, if the intention of the image is to show this then I'm sure a better photo could be taken
- Image:Biddulph Grange the pinetum.jpg - I'm not sure what this adds to the article
- Image:Aa Biddulph Grange Egypt.jpg - I put this image next to where it was mentioned in the text
- Image:Aa Biddulph Grange Wellingtonia Walk.jpg - I'm not sure what this adds to the article
- Image:MVC-294F from great vase court.jpg - Not necessary for article
- Image:Aa Biddulph Grange lake.jpg - Hardly shows the lake, better picture of the lake in the infobox
- Image:Pm bg parterres.jpg - Poor picture, washed out at back, large bank taking up plenty of the foreground that isn't subject of image, I'm not sure what this adds to the article
- Image:Biddulph Grange back of house.jpg - Decent photo but there's already a photo of the front and side of the house
- Biddulph Grange - Poor photo, not necessary for article
- Image:Biddulph Grange view along Dahlia Walk.jpg - Included in body of article
- Image:Biddulph Grange view along Dahlia Walk from other end.jpg - No need for this photo and fairly washed out
- Image:Biddulph Grange flowers along Dahlia Walk.jpg - should be in Dahlia article if anywhere
- File:Aa rhododendron arborescens.jpg - should be in Rhododendron article if anywhere (which it is)
If a reader wants a gallery they only have to click on the Commons cat link and they get all these photos. JMiall₰ 14:02, 30 December 2010 (UTC)
