Excellent work. Detailed and well-cited. Might need another look-over for minor grammatical and stylistic issues. LordAmeth 12:53, 27 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

The 2/29th played no part in the Battle of Kranji, despite being listed in the article as having done so. Once the Causeway was demolished the 2/29th encamped in the Yew Tee area and became the 'Divisional Reserve' of the 8th Div. Just after midnight on the 9th of February it was detached from the 27th Brigade and sent to defend the western outskirts of Tengah Airfield and attached to the 22nd Brigade. With the disintegration of the 22nd Brigade, the 2/29th at various times came under the command of the 6/15th Indian Bde, the 12th Indian Bde and finally back to the 22nd AIF Bde before the surrender. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 203.111.5.17 (talk) 12:58, 15 January 2020 (UTC)Reply
