Questions regarding original text

Originally the opening paragraph read: "Bangsan Market is famous for wrapping paper, press in Korea and there are more than 550 markets. These days, home baking is all the fashion in Korea because people can get ingredients and recipe on web site easily. Therefore, even many young people visit Bangsan Market on anniversary such as Valentine's Day or Pepero Day(11th Nov)."

I have changed it to: "Bangsan Market is famous for its wrapping paper, pressed in Korea, and there are more than 550 stores. These days, home baking is fashionable in Korea because people can get ingredients and recipes easily through the internet. Therefore, even many young people visit Bangsan Market on holidays such as Valentine's Day or Pepero Day."

My questions are:

1) The paragraph states that Bangsan Market is famous for wrapping paper, but to my knowledge it's more famous for baking supplies. Is it famous for both?

2) "wrapping paper, press in Korea" I'm not sure what this means. Is press a verb or noun? I've translated it as a verb, so the version available now says that the wrapping paper at Bangsan Market was made in Korea. Is that correct? If this is confusing, could you provide the original ideas in Korean?

3) "there are more than 550 markets" In the original sentence, it sounded to me like there are 550 markets in Bangsan Market. Since Bangsan itself is a market, this doesn't make very much sense, so I translated it as 550 stores in Bangsan Market. But I may be wrong. Perhaps the original meant that there are 550 markets in Seoul, or in Korea, etc., or something very different. Please clarify, providing the original Korean if necessary.

4) "These days, home baking is fashionable in Korea because people can get ingredients and recipes easily through the internet." Until recently, home baking was virtually impossible in Korea, but most Wikipedia readers will likely not know this. Just as important as the internet in its popularity must be the presence of ovens themselves. So if these aspects of Korean history are important to the reader understanding Bangsan Market, could someone add that information to this article?

5) (Same sentence as 4) What is the connection to home baking's popularity and Bangsan Market? Do people wrap their baked goods with wrapping paper from Bangsan Market before giving it as a present? Or...?

6) "Therefore, even many young people visit Bangsan Market..." Do young people not normally visit markets in Korea? If so, please include that information.
