Dear editors, The last columns at table "Comparison of M series processors" is shifted to the right at row "M4 Pro" and "M4 Max" column "Memory bus width". Thanks in advance for fixing the information provided! 194.153.217.248 (talk) 14:37, 20 November 2024 (UTC)Reply

Not done: it's not clear what changes you want to be made. Please mention the specific changes in a "change X to Y" format and provide a reliable source if appropriate. M.Bitton (talk) 22:30, 21 November 2024 (UTC)Reply

Addition to See also

edit

Google Tensor could be a good addition to the Similar platforms list, and the Wikipedia page for Google Tensor even has a link to Apple silicon in its See also section 2601:1C1:867E:1B50:54C8:4FBA:248:835E (talk) 10:13, 21 November 2024 (UTC)Reply

Apple Silicon “mainly using the ARM architecture” is nonsense

edit

Purge the fanboi marketing puff out of the opening paragraph plz, the ISA of 100% of the CPUs listed on this page are ARM. Also, I'm uncertain as to whether or not the “Apple Silicon” brand name introduced with the M-series SoCs for Macs has ever even explicitly been used by Apple to refer to any other chips (e.g., A-series iOS SoCs) rather than exclusively to M-series chips. 2600:1700:2B30:2060:B903:7D42:E29:809C (talk) 17:16, 11 December 2024 (UTC)Reply

M4 Pro GPU Frequency

edit

At 1.578MHz M4 Pro GPU Frequency seems way off compared to others. Should this be GHz? 154.160.1.146 (talk) 12:40, 23 December 2024 (UTC)Reply

Yes, you're correct and thank you! Just went over and fixed it. If you would like to be bold and fix it yourself, an autoconfirmed account with 10 edits would be able to edit this semiprotected page directly. Create an account and join us! irisChronomia (talk) 01:44, 24 December 2024 (UTC)Reply

Table overflow fix

edit

As per H:TABLE, I am restoring the overflow fix to the large tables. Questions to elaborate on why we shouldn't use this commonly and widely used solution for large tables have been left ignored and the article currently breaks Wikipedia's page layout in the modern Vector skin and on small viewports. If anyone would like to further elaborate on why we shouldn't use this fix here, then we should properly discuss it here. YannickFran (talk) 21:43, 25 December 2024 (UTC)Reply
