I have blocked Erasmus Sydney for copyright violations related to this article. From reviewing their edits and other information, it appears that they have an undisclosed conflict of interest related to this article. Nick-D (talk) 07:40, 30 May 2021 (UTC)Reply

I've just reverted a large number of edits made by User:MatthewDalhousie, who has been found to have been a sockpuppet of that account. Please see Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/The Little Platoon. I note that the new account also did not disclose a conflict of interest regarding this article despite 'The Little Platoon' account having done so. Nick-D (talk) 10:43, 21 August 2024 (UTC)Reply
I'd just note that my edit here means that the article is out of date. However, it was in line with the standard approach to sockpuppet accounts and also seems justified given the risks around the material being affected by the editor having a potential conflict of interest given their previous declaration of this and the nature of the material they've added across accounts. Preselection

edit

Preselection is an important stepping stone to a political career. I believe it makes sense to describe who the subject was up against and what the process was. MatthewDalhousie (talk) 12:45, 13 March 2024 (UTC)Reply

This sounds reasonable to me. HaroldSupermac (talk) 12:47, 13 March 2024 (UTC)Reply
I agree. Showing that Hastie was selected in a democratic and legitimate way is important. Alex IslaCara (talk) 12:48, 13 March 2024 (UTC)Reply
