Description
English: Cassier's Magazine of February 1898 had an article on page 275-292, written by Eustace Tennyson d'Eyncourt and titled The Japanese Battleship Yashima. It was accompanied by a number of illustrations, including this photo, showing the after end of the vessel, two months after the keel was laid at Armstrong, Whitworth and Co in Elswick, on page 280.
