Summary

Description
English: Diagram of the hipbones ( Ilion, Pubis and Isquion ) in different types of dinosaurs within the superfamily Therizinosauroidea. The genera is assorted after their calculated age. Very typical for Therizinosauroids is their hips with a pubic pointing backward and fused with the Isquion. Since paleontologists belive the Therizinosauroids evolved from agile predators, the pubic is belived to have reshaped , so the animals could squat to rest when feeding from trees.
