Deutsch: Typischer saarländischer "Schwenker": Dreibein mit einem Rost, der über dem Feuer aufgestellt wird. Schwenkbraten, Rostwürste, Lyoner werden so gegrillt. Die Beizeichnung "Schwenker" kommt daher, dass der Rost über dem Feuer, bzw. der Glut hin und her geschwenkt und gedreht wird.
