Summary

Description in 1958 Saskatchewn experimented reflective plates by issuing #1 through 1,000 with scotchlite type reflectorization. Saskatchewan also tried this in 1959 with the first 1,000 plates but it was not until 1970 that the entire general issue was reflectorized.
