This is the logo of the Long Island Rail Road used roughly starting in 1966, when the state of New York began to own it. It is modified from the image on [1]. I believe this image to be fair use in History of the Long Island Rail Road, since it shows how the state changed the logo from the earlier PRR keystone design. It is not currently being used and does not affect the sales of any product.
Note that there was apparently an earlier "map" logo on [2]; I'm not sure when this was used. It was used at the same time as the circle with LI in it according to [3]. [4] includes yet another logo.
