While it may be possible to source a free, non copyrighted photograph through a contact of his, it is unlikely that I myself will be able to achieve this due to linguistic barriers.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	The file will be used only to put a face to the name of the man discussed in the article. It will act only to give an impression of his character, and will not be used to showcase any of the work discussed.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	This image of Mizuki is the one used on his official profile, on his Drawn and Quarterly profile, and on many other official Mizuki sites. It is an image that does not display any of his work, but only himself as he appeared in his later years.
