Built in 1890, this Romanesque Revival-style building was designed by William J. Carpenter, and is known as the Miller Block. The building features a buff roman brick exterior with rough-hewn stone trim, decorative carved reliefs, arched bays on the fourth floor, one-over-one double-hung windows, decorative brick corbeling, and a first floor facade with large bays containing plate glass windows and a central recessed entrance bay. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1998. The building today houses part of the Hotel Lusso.
