Summary

Description
English: On a door in the Korean Folk Village in Yongin, Gyeonggi Province, S. Korea:
  • A wood-printed minhwa (folk painting) of a tiger.
  • The calligraphy is a Spring Festival (New Year) poster (春貼). Written in hanja (Sino-Korean characters), it reads “立春大吉”, meaning "great luck for the beginning of spring (for the new year)".
