English: Skull cast of KNM-ER 1813 at Evolutionsmuseet, Uppsala, Sweden. KNM-ER 1813 is often regarded as Homo habilis. Some paleoanthropologists, however, regards this taxon as an invalid one, consisting of bones from many different species, both Australopithecus and Homo erectus. Some scientists regard KNM-ER 1813 as Homo erectus.[1]
