Summary

Description
English: Loring's nudibranch. One of several nudibranch species which are unique to Australian waters. Loring's is endemic to the east coast, mostly New South Wales. Australia's isolation, combined with coastal currents which run south on both sides of the continent, mean that species like this can evolve over time and are not transported around the world. Photographed at Bare Island, NSW.
