English: Foundation (of the E-kur of Enlil) figurine of Ur-Nammu (founder of the Neo-Sumerian 3rd dynasty of Ur), from Nippur, Iraq. Reign of Ur-Nammu, 2112 – 2095 BCE. Bronze. The figurine was found with an inscribed stone foundation tablet. The king bears a basket of clay on his head as the builder of the temple. On display at the Iraq Museum in Baghdad, Iraq.
