History
editEagle Point Township was formed in September 1869 from a portion of Buffalo Township.
Geography
editAccording to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 19.57 square miles (50.7 km2), all land. It is a fractional township, smaller than a normal township of 36 square miles.[2]

editThe township contains these four cemeteries: Eagle Point, Elkhorn, Nichols and Webster.
