editJulie Hanna El Ters was born on June 11th, 1982, in Lebanon. She pursued her legal education at the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK) in Kaslik, Lebanon, where she completed her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in June 2005..[1] and her Master of Laws (ex DEA) in Private Law in April 2009[2], focusing her dissertation on “Juge des Libertés et de la Détention.” She continued her studies at the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law in the United States, where she obtained her Master of Laws (LL.M.) in August 2016[3], undertaking courses in Contracts, Business Associations, and other legal subjects.

editJulie Hanna El Ters has over 15 years of experience in the legal field, particularly in the construction and engineering industry. Her career highlights include:
- Senior Associate at Emile G. Bejjani’s Law Firm, Beirut – Lebanon (January 2008 – May 2022): Participated in major litigations and advised on various legal matters including banking and finance, corporate restructuring, and intellectual property[4].
