How Come the protect button is not showing, is this a glitch? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Kernel123 (talkcontribs) 16:24, 17 December 2022 (UTC)Reply

@Kernel123 You are not an administrator here or on any other Wikimedia projects. Only administrators can protect pages. Sam Walton (talk) 23:16, 17 December 2022 (UTC)Reply

Hidden filters are private to make it harder for abusive users to learn how to circumvent them, and thus their contents should not be shared publicly. Faster than Thunder (talk | contributions) 16:10, 29 October 2023 (UTC)Reply

Henry Cavill personal life specifically his relationship with Natalie Viscuso is being vandalised daily. How can we prevent this from happening? thank you in advance Llyrianska (talk) 14:13, 17 December 2023 (UTC)Reply

@Llyrianska: this is not the right place; please file a request at Wikipedia:Administrator intervention against vandalism. Wikiacc () 19:25, 17 December 2023 (UTC)Reply

How do I erase my wikipedia talk history

edit

Hi. I haven't used this account for some time and that said i've written alot of wacky things on the talk pages of some articles when I was much younger. I was quite the rascal back then. Any input on how I erase my Wikipedia talk history? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Graylandertagger (talkcontribs)

Graylandertagger. Hey there. Unfortunately for transparency reasons we do not permit mass erasing of talk page comments. Some things that are allowed are blanking your user talk page (User talk:Graylandertagger), and/or starting a new account (see WP:CLEANSTART). Hope that helps. –Novem Linguae (talk) 03:20, 12 June 2024 (UTC)Reply

Thank you though. I did write alot of things that have left me with regret that i'd rather not discuss. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Graylandertagger (talkcontribs)

Change "Extended confirmed protection is a moderate level of protection that aims to prevent registered users who are confirmed but not extended confirmed from editing, as well as unregistered users. It is usually used for specific content disputes, edit warring, or disruptive editing involving confirmed editors" to "Extended confirmed protection is a moderate level of protection that aims to prevent registered users who are confirmed but not extended confirmed from editing, as well as unregistered users. It is usually used for specific content disputes, edit warring, or disruptive editing involving confirmed editors." in the "Extended confirmed protection" section.
