Welcome to the WikiProject on closed proxies. Some Wikipedians have formed this collaboration resource and group in order to enable editors in filtered countries to edit. This page and its subpages contain their suggestions and various resources; it is hoped that this project will help to focus the efforts of other Wikipedians interested in the effort. If you would like to help, please join the project, inquire on the talk page and see the to-do list below. If you would like to make use of a closed proxy, please visit /Usage instructions.

Goals

• Coordinate efforts to aid editors in the People's Republic of China and other countries that employ government-level censorship of Wikipedia to bypass their firewalls.
• Make the aims of the project known to Chinese Wikipedia.
