Semi-protection: Persistent vandalism – Another IP edit, another round of blatant vandalism (changing the BLP's direct quotation to mean the opposite + changing a location). This under-watched article does not seem to inspire good editing, and I wonder whether it should be semi-protected for a very long time (i.e., long enough for someone to grow up).
