Dear Scorpion Prinz, obviously you know a lot about Filipino politics. I maintain a website of election statistics (http://psephos.adam-carr.net/). I have never been able to find detailed statistics for the Philippines House of Representatives - that is, voting for all candidates in each district. Neither COMELEC, nor NAMFREL, nor the Filipino press, nor the Congressional website, ever give these figures. Do you have them, or know where I could find them, or know anyone who could tel me? Rejoice! Exponentiation (^) is now part of the core #expr: function. I've modified the template and used the following divisors: 4.66 years for the 1995-2000 period and 7.25 for the 2000-2007 period.
