Dear Heliosxeros,
Greetings, thank you for your feedback. You noted that my submission was composed like an essay as opposed to an encyclopedic article. I'd like to be able to adjust accordingly.
If you are willing, would you be able to either provide a good example via a Wikipedia article or perhaps additional clarifications specific to my submission.
My sincere thanks in advance for considering this request. — Preceding unsigned comment added by RobertPFrenchII (talk • contribs) 05:49, 10 March 2018 (UTC)

Dear Heliosxeros, Thank you for your message but it's the same like the messages from another two users that had been reviewed my article. I can't really understand what more do you want me to do, I deleted almost the whole information and sources in the article and you still don't like what I did. I obviously can't understand what reliable sources mean. When I add some source you delete it imediately or just don't like it. Please explain to me what exactly do you want me to do and don't left to me the same message. Cheers, Rayna --Rayna Vasileva (talk) 07:52, 10 March 2018 (UTC)

We would also add information about other infrastructures that we manage and I want to make sure I can add the content without any problems. I can make sure not to add content on shich the company doesn't own the rights but I must be able to add content for the company.

One of the reasons I'm creating the page is that numerous pages had already cited this particular band and I've added more that do now. All told, I think there are 4 or 5 different Wikipedia pages that have a red link for this band. Creating this page will provide a connection for all of those pages. That, to me, is significant in and of itself.
I will do some more digging now for other info and update the draft with whatever I find. Thanks.
Article Submission
Dear Heliosxeros,
Thank you for reviewing my article "InterNations". I was wondering if you could give me further or more specifric guidance before I re-submit another draft for review?
12:11:52, 14 March 2018 review of submission by Densha727
I don't feel that this article is about a single news event. For reference, there is an extensive entry in Japanese-language wikipedia on Michiko Kanba:

Declined draft
In declining Draft:Ancient Mortgages in New York, you left the comment "This submission is not suitable for Wikipedia. Please read 'What Wikipedia is not' for more information." I would say that this is a less than helpful comment. WP:NOT is a rather large guideline, and documents a lot of different things that Wikipedia is not. Your comment leaves the author with little guidance on how to improve their article to meet standards. Indeed, as a seasoned Wikipedia editor, I have no idea on what grounds you found the article objectionable. I think a little more clarity will help draft authors greatly. Leaving useful comments when declining drafts
Hi Heliosxeros. Thanks for all your reviewing work. You will have seen I have replied to someone over at WP:AFCHD who was left unclear about the reason why you declined their draft. You were probably right to decline it, but I do think your comment was particularly unhelpful. Here you can quickly see the drafts you've reviewed. It would be great if you could increase the proportion of reviews where you leave some guidance to the editor that makes it clear how they should improve the draft. Also, looking back at the questions from authors of declined drafts on your talk page, are you having difficulty keeping up with responding to them? There are some 36 comments awaiting your reply from the last 12 days. Curb Safe Charmer (talk) 18:15, 14 March 2018 (UTC)
- @Curb Safe Charmer: From now onwards, I will leave guidance and advice together with the reviews. Hi. I'm just wondering why this was flagged because of copyright issues. Any points that were not completely rephrased was done so because the point were facts. There are only so many ways that you can rephrase facts of an event that happened. Every time that I rephrased something I cited it and gave credit to the source that I received the information from. I'm just wondering what I can do to be able to have my page submitted. I sincerely cannot think of any other way to re-word historical dates, events, and circumstanced while adding no analysis and remaining neutral as you should on Wikipedia. I assumed that rephrasing was allowed as long as I credited where it came from, and I did that all throughout the page. I would love some feedback, or for you to reconsider the submission decline. Thank You!

Hi Heliosxeros and thanks for your work assessing drafts. I noticed a problem though: You declined the above draft as a copyright violation. However, there's no copyvio on the page that I can detect, just a quotation from The Daily Beast. — Diannaa 🍁 (talk) 14:43, 18 March 2018 (UTC)
Similarly, Draft:Hotel de Paris (Georgetown, Colorado) contained no copyvio at the time you tagged it. here is the copyvio report. While the overlap is at 21.3%, all I see is place names and things like that. — Diannaa 🍁 (talk) 15:12, 18 March 2018 (UTC)
Here's another: Draft:John Bush (Filmmaker). The only copying is quotations from reviews. I'll let you know if I find any others. — Diannaa 🍁 (talk) 15:28, 18 March 2018 (UTC)
- @Diannaa: Thanks for highlighting my errors, I now do realise that the overlap percentage doesn't necessarily means copyvio. There were a few submissions in the past where I did this confusion. EROS message 02:20, 19 March 2018 (UTC)

Smart Hydro is my first article that I am writing on Wikipedia. I'm not quite familiar with all the intricacies behind Wikipedia article writing.
Smart Hydro is an initiative (IEC and IEEE) to standardize artificial intelligence within the hydro power generation industry.
I removed the notions that were apparently advertising. The latest comment was that it read like a textbook, which is partly the goal.
I can't seem to find the recipe to convert into an acceptable Wikipedia article.
The smart hydro related information is quite nonexistent since it is a new field of work.
Thanks in advance for your input.
Please be careful - the page you declined AFC was CLEARLY and WITHOUT A DOUBT an attack page, and should have immediately been speedy deletion tagged. About rejected submission: Sergey Balenok
Hello Heliosxeros,
Thank you for reviewing my draft submission. Your review clearly stated that this article has been rejected for the reason that the references that have been included did not adequately show the subject's notability. I still believe that the subject is indeed notable, and would like to try and correct this aspect in the subsequent submission or submissions. Please review my reasons below, as well as intended corrections.
The primary requirement for establishing notability is stated as providing references to the information about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject. I believe that I have provided at least one such secondary source, the reference the article about the subject in his country's recently published encyclopedia. Perhaps my mistake was to include the reference to this publication only in its native language, Belorussian, which is not widely known or used outside that country. For the updated submission, I will include the translation of the reference into English.
Another type of information that perhaps helps establish the subject's notability is the long list of exhibitions of subject's artwork, showing a level of international recognition. This includes both solo exhibitions in the top venues in his own country, Belarus, and both solo and group shows in multiple countries, including Russia, China, Poland, Lithuania, Sweden, Hungary, and Switzerland. The list of external references includes primary sources to the publications that reference contemporary, local publication that establish the subject's participation in these shows. For the updated submission, I will try to highlight those references better.
It is my firm belief that Sergey Balenok is a notable artist who merits a reference in Wikipedia. I intend to continue working on the article to try and meet Wikipedia's high standards.
Any and all advice you choose to provide will be greatly appreciated.
Best regards,

I am a 74 year old 99% retired physician (pathologist). The Broward County school massacre happened. I had a tip that the PROMISE Program (I'd never heard of it) might have unitendedly kept some of the shooter prior activities out of the governmental background check system. I found it hard to find specific info & checked Wikipedia. For the first time, I desired to start a wikipedia page when I found nothing in Wikipedia about the program. Due to a family emergency where-in the DSS Child Protective Services has placed 2 of our teenaged grandchildren with us 2 weeks ago, I just do not have the focus to do a complete page & had haoped that starting the page could trigger a few other Wikipedia editors to contibute here and there and that the page would flesh out. As much as I hate to, I must admit that I just do not (under these stressful circumstances) have enough steam in my engine to draft a complete page.

I have read those recommended pages before but I nevertheless highly appreciate your effort in sharing them with me so as to remind me of some aspects that I had not paid close attention to. I have completely adjusted the puffery language and neutralized all statements made in the article, as you said.
I also altered the language used in the Summary of Campaigns section in order to neutralise it. You recommended that it ought to be deleted, however, it is the core basis of the NGOs activities, which are also evinced in the reference list, hence its relevance to the article.
I hereby request you to read the adjustments and feasibly publish my article, thank you. https://en.wiki.x.io/wiki/Draft:Linah_Nanziri

Hello, and thank you for your review. We understand the need for outside articles and will address that immediately. May I ask how our submission is more like an advertisement than the International College of Dentists? Their first sentence is factually inaccurate (they have had to change their website to remove the claim that they are the oldest honorary dental society), and they also only speak of the positive things the organization has done, as have we. Could you please provide a specific example of what makes ours an advertisement, or is it more that we need other sources?
We are new to this and we appreciate your help.

Dear Heliosxeros. I am wondering why my wikipedia page got declined. Since the first draft I have added every reliable source I could find, that describes the company House of Real and not only the work they do. Nonetheless, productions companies are often defined by exactly the work they do. I have looked up other production companies to compare the number and type of sources, and it doesn't seem to me, that this page has less than average.
Would you consider reviewing it again?

Greetings! It is completely understandable that you were unable to reply, supposedly because you were enjoying your Easter holidays (hopefully). I would also like to deeply appreciate your prompt response, nonetheless.
I do understand your plausible concern in regards to including information of the charity's recent activities, however, this is likely to contrast the Wikipedia guidelines, as you stated earlier, which involves the inclusion of promotional information. This is quintessentially due to the fact that all the information stated in the article is staunchly evidenced by articles from notable and reliable media companies such as BBC, The Telegraph, Daily Monitor, among others. Additional information on the charity's recent activities can be found online, however, they are blogs, which are considered unreliable as per Wikipedia guidelines. I henceforth presume that adding any information which is not backed by reliable sources would appear quite promotional. However, more articles from notable sources are yet to be included online since the charity has had recent coverage. Once the additional information is published, the editing process on this article will commence and undergo review as well.
I, hereby, proffer my request to you to publish the article since I am certain that I have met all Wikipedia requirements and standards.
Thank you.

How is Karena Evans not notable? 🤔 Billboard (magazine), CBC, Complex, Vogue (magazine), Teen Vogue, Vogue España, Yahoo, GQ and even the infamous Daily Mail are examples of sources that have articles on her, not interviews. Are those not "significant" enough coverage? If it isn't winning the highest honor of her field in her country should complement that.... New Page Reviewer Flag
Hi, Heliosxeros.
I've noticed that you are an AfC reviewer but don't yet have the New Page Reviewer flag. Can you please head over to PERM and request it?
As part of a larger plan to increase cooperation between New Page Patrol and Articles for creation, we are trying to get as many of the active AfC reviewers as possible under the NPR user flag (per this discussion). Unlike the AfC request list, the NPR flag carries no obligation to review new articles, so I'm not asking you to help out at New Page Patrol if you don't want to, just to request the flag.
Of course, if it is something you would be interested in, you can have a look at the NPP tutorial. Please mention that you are an active AfC reviewer in your application.

New page reviewer granted
Hello Heliosxeros. Your account has been added to the "New page reviewers
" user group, allowing you to review new pages and mark them as patrolled, tag them for maintenance issues, or in some cases, tag them for deletion. The list of articles awaiting review is located at the New Pages Feed. New page reviewing is a vital function for policing the quality of the encylopedia; if you have not already done so, you must read the new tutorial at New Pages Review, the linked guides and essays, and fully understand the various deletion criteria. If you need more help or wish to discuss the process, please join or start a thread at page reviewer talk.
- URGENT: Please consider helping get the huge backlog down to a manageable number of pages as soon as possible.
- Be nice to new users - they are often not aware of doing anything wrong.
- You will frequently be asked by users to explain why their page is being deleted - be formal and polite in your approach to them too, even if they are not.
- Don't review a page if you are not sure what to do. Just leave it for another reviewer.
- Remember that quality is quintessential to good patrolling. Take your time to patrol each article, there is no rush. Use the message feature and offer basic advice.
The reviewer right does not change your status or how you can edit articles. If you no longer want this user right, you may ask any administrator to remove it for you at any time. - Eventory, generally what editors normally do is they will cite the foreign sources as well. Wikipedia does accept foreign sources. Articles on korean drama do cite korean sources. They are welcome provided they satisfy the basic requirements for a reliable source. EROS message 10:31, 18 April 2018 (UTC)

Hello, I am very keen to make this an acceptable entry. Could you be more specific about where the submission lacks inline citations? I have not yet made any changes.
I am aware that the early life and education section lacks references. However, there is nothing published either in books, journals or online that can substantiate this information. I put it in as "interesting background". Should it be removed?
Then the section on early work again does not have references online. There are paper version of the relevant papers. Do I simply add those as references even though no one can find them online?
The other sections are, I believe, adequately referenced. I am adding a number of references to papers in journals.
thanks for your help.
Best regards

Good afternoon, I wanted to ask about what problems there are with my article on Notional defined contribution systems.
I wanted to write on this topic, because I came across it during work on my bachelor thesis and have found no page on wikipedia explaining it. I don't see what the problem with my sources is, as Axel Börsch-Supan, Richard F Disney and Robert Holzmann are all well-regarded authorities on the topic of pensions without any personal interest in it.
So I assume that there is problem in the structure of the article. I may for example include more about history of NDC systems or different parameters across countries which implemented them, but the positives and negatives are important part of the article since NDC systems are often suggested as alternative to classical PAYG pension systems.
Thank you for any advice. I am open to making any number of changes, but I want to first find out where the problem is.

Heliosxeros,
Thanks for your comments. I tried to write this article from a neutral point of view and not as an advertisement. It factually describes the IBM 4768 without making any advertising claims. The article is very similar to published Wikipedia articles about previous IBM HSMs. Please see these articles as reference: IBM 4758, IBM 4764, IBM_4765, IBM_4767.
I've added several additional independent references to the article.
Please let me know what additional steps I need to take. Thanks! Wileyfh (talk) 17:58, 24 April 2018 (UTC)

I feel that 'Superprof' has unfairly been deemed un-notable. The sources included are reputable radio stations, tv channels and business magazines here in france. In these articles, tv and radio reportings Superprof was not only mentioned but often the main subject of discussion. This not only shows a certain degree of "fame" or "importance," but at the very least it shows that it has "attracted notice".

- Greetings, WikiDan61. The phrase "Some parts not inclined" that I wrote was to tell the editor that some points are not inclined with citation. It was to my understanding that BLPs need incline citation. While the draft has a few parts that were not inclined. Hence, I wrote that phrase, "Some parts not inclined". Eg, last paragraph of Career, most parts of Advocacy and Personal Life. If there is anywhere that I should be pinpointed, do enlighten me. EROS message 10:02, 3 May 2018 (UTC)

Draft:Voluntary_Organization_for_Professional_Evaluation
Dear Heliosxeros:
I understand that you have declined my submission for Draft:Voluntary_Organization_for_Professional_Evaluation on the account that "This submission's references do not adequately show the subject's notability." I don't understand that. The same criticism was made of the previous version of this page and I invested in beefing up the Use of the Term section, highlighting some 18 different scholarly references (journals, books, UN reports, etc.) that discuss VOPEs in one way or another. In program evaluation, VOPEs are a critical building block of the professional ecosystem; that's what I am attempting to show.
May I respectfully request your reconsideration or a more precise indication of where the submission is lacking?
Thanks in advance.

Dear Heliosxeros:
Thanks for your response to my message on Draft:Voluntary_Organization_for_Professional_Evaluation. As I don't see how I can "reply" to that message, I am adding feedback on this page.
In your reply, you restated the criteria of notability, verifiability and independence. I don't see how the sources I cited do not qualify. They are
- Learned (academic) peer-reviewed journals: American Journal of Evaluation, Evaluation, Evaluation and Program Planning, Evaluation Capacity Development Journal, Zeitschrift fur Evaluation, Canadian Journal of Program Evaluation;
- Books or book chapters published by reputable sources: Sage, Information Age Publishing, Springer, UNICEF.
Some of them deal with the topic of VOPEs at length, other more briefly. All are independent in that VOPEs are not one organization: they are a category of not for profit organization.
So, I repeat my request. Please explain how and why the sources offered in this article are deemed not providing notability, verifiability and independence.
May 4, 2018
Hi. On my Talk page, you wrote "You stated that you sourced journals and sources like Sage, Information Age Publishing, Springer, UNICEF. Journals are a good source as reference. However, for websites like UNICEF, that will be primary sources. It is best to have a diverse range of references, not only primary sources. Cite third party sources: mainstream publications, newspapers, magazines or books. Stay away from homepages and official websites."
The reference I made to UNICEF was UNICEF as a publisher. UNICEF published a book entirely on the topic that I am trying to justify as notable. It does not come more notable than that, does it? In this context, Sage, Information Age Publishing, Springer, and UNICEF are book publishers who decided that a subject like VOPEs was important enough to devote books or parts of books on it.
You also wrote "Moreover, by any chance, are you writing on behalf of the organisation or for someone in the organisation. Or, are you being paid by the organisation or an elsewhere party to write this draft? If so, it is advised to declare your paid editing." This article is not about an organization; it is about a type of non-profit organizations. I am not paid by anyone to prepare this article.
Will you reconsider the notability, verifiability and independence of my sources?
B.gauthier.quebec —Preceding undated comment added 10:56, 4 May 2018 (UTC)
More on May 4, 2018
I have added more sources, but not of the popular kind like newspapers that you are requesting. Voluntary Organizations for Professional Organizations are not a hot topic for Joe Public. They are a specialized type of not-for-profit organizations like Not-for-profit arts organization or Artist cooperative; there are no newspaper references on these pages.
You don't find references to newspapers on many (I would venture most) Wikipedia pages. See for example, New York State Route 343, Cross in the Mountains, Quantity that are less specialized than my draft page on VOPEs but still lack newspaper references.
So, in summary, I don't understand why references in newspapers would give credence to the existence of a specialized term. Which authority can I take this debate to now?

Review of Video Star page
"Cite third party sources: mainstream publications, newspapers, magazines or books." ... "Many sources like allkpop are not allowed."
I did and have, up to three independent and mainstream news websites and sources - not more, because it wasn't unnecessary.
"No user-generated sources, Wikipedia Korea included"
I can remove that reference, but judging from this being the reason why it was rejected, it seems perhaps you might have only seen and clicked on my first reference source, before rejecting?
How else should I improve? Assuming you have indeed looked at all 4 of the sources referenced.
How are the other 3 sources unacceptable?Jasminelep (talk) 15:06, 6 May 2018 (UTC)
Response:
"So what you said clicked on my first reference source, before rejecting will be you at the end of confusion."
I had understood that wiki korea was a bad reference and have thus removed it after reading your review, it was not a confusion.
My confusion was your statement requesting for third party sources - which were #3 and #4
(I realized after that #2 could be half-considered a source from the website itself, so I changed that to dongha sports - which was basically just quoting the source, but it is third party)
Sources #3 and #4 remained the same as before. But I appreciate the correction for 1 and 2.
Meanwhile, while Running Man is a good example for layout, it isn't a good comparison as the two shows are far apart both in reach - from public channel/cable channel, international/less-so, and longer history. Many of the content on that page are also questionable as they are opinion written such as character relationships.
For my article I based it off of the wiki page of "Radio Star (TV series)", as well as a few other shows from the same broadcast channel. I do have plans on further improving both this & definitely the episode list in the future, but I believed that at the moment this was sufficient for a basic layout/page at point of creation. The show itself also does not have that long of a history and much controversy/specials to talk about, more to be elaborated on episode list rather.

Review Orange Corners
Dear Heliosxeros,
Thanks for your quick review on the new page. It's my first Wikipedia article, so I could use some more information on how to improve it. The comment I got was that it was written too much like an advertisement. I have tried to cleanse it as much as possible from prejudice information and focus mainly on the history and organizational structure, however I thought that the goal of the organisation was noteworthy. I found that there was little information on the organisation, though it's a Dutch governmental programme that operates internationally. I figured there was some need of information on this programme, since it is mentioned increasingly in Dutch and African newsarticles. Everything in the article is factual and I added different sources (different newspapers in different countries, Dutch governmental papers and scientific research on the subjects background). I therefore don't completely understand the comment I received. It is definitely not meant to be an advertisement. (Esthrikov (talk) 08:58, 7 May 2018 (UTC))

Heya, just wanted to drop you a note about copyvios checking. I just came across Draft:Attack of Life: The Bang Tango Movie, which you declined and tagged as copyvio, but the only "offending" text I could find were some longquotes which had sources for them. NPR Newsletter No.11 25 May 2018
ACTRIAL:
- WP:ACREQ has been implemented. The flow at the feed has dropped back to the levels during the trial. However, the backlog is on the rise again so please consider reviewing a few extra articles each day; a backlog approaching 5,000 is still far too high. An effort is also needed to ensure that older unsuitable older pages at the back of the queue do not get automatically indexed for Google.
Deletion tags
- Do bear in mind that articles in the feed showing the trash can icon may have been tagged by inexperienced or non NPR rights holders. They require your further verification.
Backlog drive:
- A backlog drive will take place from 10 through 20 June. Check out our talk page at WT:NPR for more details. NOTE: It is extremely important that we focus on quality reviewing. Despite our goal of reducing the backlog as much as possible, please do not rush while reviewing.
Editathons
- There will be a large increase in the number of editathons in June. Please be gentle with new pages that obviously come from good faith participants, especially articles from developing economies and ones about female subjects. Consider using the 'move to draft' tool rather than bluntly tagging articles that may have potential but which cannot yet reside in mainspace.
Paid editing - new policy
- Now that ACTRIAL is ACREQ, please be sure to look for tell-tale signs of undisclosed paid editing. Contact the creator if appropriate, and submit the issue to WP:COIN if necessary. There is a new global WMF policy that requires paid editors to connect to their adverts.
Subject-specific notability guidelines
- The box at the right contains each of the subject-specific notability guidelines, please review any that are relevant BEFORE nominating an article for deletion.
- Reviewers are requested to familiarise themselves with the new version of the notability guidelines for organisations and companies.
Not English
- A common issue: Pages not in English or poor, unattributed machine translations should not reside in main space even if they are stubs. Please ensure you are familiar with WP:NPPNE. Check in Google for the language and content, tag as required, then move to draft if they do have potential.
News
- Development is underway by the WMF on upgrades to the New Pages Feed, in particular ORES features that will help to identify COPYVIOs, and more granular options for selecting articles to review.

Der Unsichtbare
Hello Heliosxeros and thank you for reviewing my draft of the German film “Der Unsichtbare” a month ago, which you rejected for lack of notability. Since then, I have looked at the Wiki criteria for film notability and added references which tick a couple more boxes, i.e. that it was shown at a film festival and had a significant impact on the career of one of its leading actors (albeit due to its faillure!) The article also references a couple of independent reputable reviews (Althen and die Zeit) and the awards the film won. So I think the article now shows the film’s notability and so have resubmitted it for publication but defer to your judgment. Incidentally the film already has a published article on Wikipedia.de. Hi There,

I feel that 'Draft:Superprof' has unfairly been deemed un-notable. The sources included are reputable Francophone radio stations, tv channels, and business magazines. Reasons for your rejection of the Moy Tung article's sources and their coverage
Hello Heliosxeros,
It seems the sources I cited meet Wikipedia's criteria; wondering about your POV. I also posted these comments on the Talk page for the article: https://en.wiki.x.io/wiki/Draft:Moy_Tung
I said in the Edit Summary re: my last submission: "I deleted some text/paragraphs. Moy Tung and his school have a significant place in the Ving Tsun lineage & martial arts history. He's been teaching Moy Yat Kung Fu for over 30 years + has 3 generations of students teaching under him. In addition to his school's website, I've cited 5 mainstream media reports on Moy Tung, a Moy Yat book and now I've also cited Moy Yat's own website" On the Wikipedia Notability page is says: "If a topic has received significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject, it is presumed to be suitable for a stand-alone article or list. "Significant coverage" addresses the topic directly and in detail, so that no original research is needed to extract the content. Significant coverage is more than a trivial mention, but it does not need to be the main topic of the source material." https://en.wiki.x.io/wiki/Wikipedia:Notability The sources I cited are all mainstream and reliable, and the articles are focused on Moy Tung and what he and/or his branch are doing. These sources are the Richmond Times-Dispatch (origin 1850); styleweekly.com (est. 1982); two articles from rvamag.com (est. 2005) and an interview in wingchunillustrated.com (est. 2011) with Aaron Vyvial, a student of Moy Tung's who talks about him. WC Illustrated is the premier magazine devoted to wing chun kung fu, one of the world's most popular martial arts. If Moy Tung's student is a sifu significant enough for an interview, that implies his teacher, the source of his kung fu, is even more significant. In addition, Moy Yat considered his student Moy Tung significant to tell two stories involving him in his book, A Legend of Kung Fu Masters (1989). In addition, Moy Tung and a number of his students are in the branch list on Moy Yat's website, Moyyat.com. Moy Yat was one of the top disciples of Yip Man (Ip Man), a Chinese cultural hero and world-famous martial artist about whom at least 6 theatre-release films were made, in addition to being the only teacher Bruce Lee acknowledged. Moy Yat has his own page on wikipedia, and is famous in his own right for martial arts, acupuncture, writing and art in a number of mediums. That one of his close personal students has been teaching for 30 years and now has more than 20 branches in his lineage, in 3 generations, seems notable. https://en.wiki.x.io/wiki/Draft_talk:Moy_Tung — Preceding unsigned comment added by Gorkelobb (talk • contribs) 21:28, 1 July 2018 (UTC)

Rejected Article Draft: Cooperative Mechanisms under Article 6 of the Paris Agreement
Dear Heliosxeros, first of all thanks for your feedback. Based on your recommendations, I have now adapted the article and resubmissioned it. I've diversified sources to maintain a more neutral position. In the section "Implementation" I did my best to streamline it. At the moment, I do not see the possibility to formulate even more factually (than I have done in my latest changes), as the Article 6 rule book of the Paris Agreement is currently in the development/discussion and demands a more discursive style in my opinion. In other words, a too much factual style would limit the meaningfulness. I hope that the article can now meet your requirements. Otherwise I am grateful for further tips. Many greetings gornim9v — Preceding unsigned comment added by Gornim9v (talk • contribs) 18:00, 17 July 2018 (UTC)

Hello Heliosxeros. I added some more content and citations. There is quite a big of coverage in the JSTOR artocle, NRHP documents, and the book about rural schools. He designed numerous notable buildings. So I think notability is pretty well established now. Thanks for your consideration. FloridaArmy (talk) 13:53, 19 July 2018 (UTC)

Hi thanks for reviewing my page StudentCrowd.
I was just wondering if links from University Wikipedia pages count as notable references? We currently have 4 mentions from university wikipedia pages. Thanks
