Wolverine XI The sky is the limit! The queen of the sky Introduction Hey, I'm a Wikipedian, and my username is Wolverine XI (previously 20 upper). I spend most of my time on Wikipedia editing articles about animals because I find the animal kingdom to be so fascinating. I'm particularly fascinated by fish, birds, reptiles, and some invertebrates, but mammals are my favorite subject matter. As a niche editor, I don't often edit entries that fall outside of my expertise. With that in mind, if you ever come across an animal article that needs improvement, please don't mind seeking my help, as I will try by all means to make that article better. Considering the number of felid FAs and GAs we have, I am reluctant to work on WikiProject Cat articles, despite them being my favorite animals. About me The silent assassin My real name is Kevin, and I was regrettably born between 1997 and 2012, which puts me in the Generation Z age range of 12–27. I consider myself to be a determined, somewhat robust, and adaptive individual. This is especially true considering the hardships I've faced my entire life. Through this hardship, I've forged a nonchalant attitude that has defined my image for quite some time. That's not to say I'm stoic or anything. Far from that, actually. Anyways, in terms of how I interact with others, I'm not exactly a social butterfly like some of the guys here. Yes, I might talk a little too much at times, but I have the wherewithal, ingenuity and shrewdness to know exactly when to zip that mouth of mine (not sure how that will apply in a digital environment). All that being said, I'm a pretty chill guy with a wide variety of interests, so it's likely we both have an interest or two in common--that is unless you are interested in rocks or something. Speaking of interests, here are few of mine: Christianity, zoology, wrestling, football, martial arts, sex, crime stories, freak accidents, history, photography, physchology, astronomy, politics, computer science, video games, chess and gymnastics. Of course, not all of these interests/passions are equal; some are more important than others. As such, I place a special value on Christianity and animals. Christianity, in particular, is more of a lifestyle than anything else, with the central figure of it all being Jesus Christ, my personal Lord and Savior. Can't imagine where I'll be without him. With regards to sports, wrestling, specifically WWE, has been such a huge joy to not only watch, but also research. Football too has been another passion of mine. The black and white king of the ocean My wikiphilosophy is to take part in a variety of procedures while concentrating on a single topic at first. The Wikipedia processes in which I am involved, or would like to be involved, are content creation, semi-automated editing, new page patrolling, AFD, GA & FA processes, and aiding others at Teahouse/Help Desk. I make an effort to be as respectful as possible, so I would expect you to reciprocate. I'll be here for the long haul and could linger for more than 20 years. I'd also note that I've never attended a Wikimania, as I'm currently too busy to do so. I will, however, make arrangements to attend the event sometime in the near future. Favorite quotes Why the name? You might be wondering, "Why Wolverine XI?" Allow me to share my story with you. Let's talk about the first component of the name: Wolverine. I chose this animal because it has the grit and tenacity to chase wolves and even grizzlies from their kills. Just goes to show how the wolverine punches way above its weight. Let us examine the second portion of the name: XI. So, in Roman numerals, XI represents the number 11. I chose the number 11 for three reasons: first, I made my account in the eleventh month of the year; second, the FIFA World Cup eventually made it to South Africa on June 11, 2010, which was highly deserved; and third, Jeremiah 29:11 is my favorite verse from the Bible. Because the Romans executed Jesus on the cross—the single most significant event in human history—I decided to use Roman numerals. Unlike my prior username, which I used for more than 14 months, my current username has meaning. Thank you for listening to my story.
