The Berenstain Bears' Christmas Tree
edit- ... that Stan and Jan Berenstain had to provide 20,000 sketches of the Bear Family before animators began working on The Berenstain Bears' Christmas Tree, their first NBC television special?
ALT1: ... that The Berenstain Bears' Christmas Tree was the first of five Berenstain Bears animated specials that aired on NBC from 1979 to 1983?

- Just to let you know, Darb02, you didn't format this correctly. ALT1 is properly used for an alternative hook, not the main hook as you seem to have placed there. All hooks should begin "... that", and the article title needs to be linked to and the link bolded, so '''[[The Berenstain Bears' Christmas Tree]]''' should be somewhere in the hook. I gather this is your first nomination? —GrammarFascist contribstalk 14:48, 21 October 2015 (UTC)
- Thank you GrammarFascist - it is now corrected!
- Actually, Darb02, you forgot to bold the links — that's what the ''' on either side of the [[ ]] are for — but I went ahead and did that for you. Good luck with your nomination. (And don't forget to sign your comments with four tildes.) —GrammarFascist contribstalk 10:35, 25 October 2015 (UTC)

- This article was new enough when nominated and is long enough. I have struck ALT1 as the source is less precise than the article and hook. I am happy with the source of the original hook facts, which is a diary kept by the Berenstains. It is not an outlandish claim and there is no reason to doubt its accuracy. The article is neutral and seems to be free of copyright issues. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 07:33, 12 November 2015 (UTC)
