Pevely Dairy Company Plant
edit- ... that to gain permission to demolish the Pevely Dairy Company Plant, Saint Louis University threatened to move its medical school out of St. Louis?
- ALT1:... that the Pevely Dairy Company Plant is one of the oldest dairies in St. Louis, Missouri?
- ALT2:... that Saint Louis University threatened to move its medical school out of St. Louis if the Pevely Dairy Company Plant were not demolished?
- Reviewed: Dimitri Alexandrovich Obolensky (and Ioasaph of Belgorod)
- Comment: I'm open to variation on the hook; I know that the word "threat" can be negative, but multiple news sources referred to it that way. The oldest dairies hook comes from the NRHP nomination form.

- Article was born whole on Feb 24 and nominated same day. Text at >2300 chars.
- Article looks well-cited, and content matches refs
- Handles everything in a neutral manner. I'm okay with using 'threaten' as that is how the quote seems to read
- Met QPQ requirement
- Suggestions:
- While not strictly necessary, page numbers for the refs to the nrhp document would help (as it is fairly long)
- Duly noted. poroubalous (talk) 22:08, 2 March 2012 (UTC)
- Issues:
- This website isn't working for me, is it still up?
- Weird -- I just tried it after clearing my cache and it works. I can also find it by going to http://www.landmarks-stl.org/news and by clicking through to the link. I also have a second source for the SLU purchase of the building August 2011, and I can track down another if it's necessary. poroubalous (talk) 22:08, 2 March 2012 (UTC)
- The sentence containing "and is a four-story, red brick office building" reads a little close to the nrhp document. I don't know if this can be reworked to avoid close paraphrasing. That seems to be the worst spot, and paraphrasing what is already short and compact is difficult.
- I will paraphrase that graph here in a bit, I see your point on that sentence and a few others there. poroubalous (talk) 22:08, 2 March 2012 (UTC)
- Done (I reworded the first two sentences a good bit). Let me know if there is anything else. poroubalous (talk) 22:36, 2 March 2012 (UTC)
- I prefer ALT2, it seems to read better than the first one and is interesting.
- Looks pretty good, but it has a few issues.
- Everything looks good, so I will pass this article on ALT2. Any chance of getting any pictures? Chris857 (talk) 02:31, 3 March 2012 (UTC)
- I can swing by tomorrow morning and try to get a good one; I'll upload it if it works out. poroubalous (talk) 02:16, 4 March 2012 (UTC)
- I took a group of photos this morning; would look good at the small size of DYK. poroubalous (talk) 17:59, 4 March 2012 (UTC)
