- Review Symbol question.svg New enough. Came to English Wikipedia from German Wikipedia. Long enough. However, there are many uncited paragraphs. Hook is interesting and decently neutral. The hook is cited to a Dutch language video, and I WP:AGF. Clear of copyright violations and no close paraphrasing. Earwig's Copy Violation Detector: Lawa Railway gives it a clean bill. QPQ confirmed. Interesting article. 7&6=thirteen (☎) 12:45, 3 April 2016 (UTC)
- @7&6=thirteen: Thank you for reviewing the article. I have now added the remaining references into the article. Now every paragraph has at least on reference apart from the introduction, which content is referenced in the subsequent paragraphes. --NearEMPTiness (talk) 10:35, 4 April 2016 (UTC)
- Review All paragraphs now cited. Hook is interesting and decently neutral. The hook is cited to a Dutch language video, and I WP:AGF. Picture is free and clear at 100 pix. Visually interesting. 7&6=thirteen (☎) 12:22, 4 April 2016 (UTC)
- Hi, I came by to promote this, but am confused by the text. It says that a cable car crossed the Suriname River, but then it says that passengers disembarked at the cable car station and crossed the river in a gondola. Which is correct for the hook? Thanks, Yoninah (talk) 22:39, 4 April 2016 (UTC)
- That had completely escaped me. I read it as gondola and passed right over it. I have put that into the article. If I am wrong per the Dutch language sources, please let me know. 7&6=thirteen (☎) 23:42, 4 April 2016 (UTC)
- Drmies, I was wondering whether you could stop by and check the Dutch language sources to make sure their material is accurately reflected in article and hook. Thanks for anything you can do here. BlueMoonset (talk) 02:37, 5 April 2016 (UTC)
- Per Google Translate, the second source says in part: "Moreover, the range was from Paramaribo to Dam halfway interrupted by an indissoluble connection in the form of a cable car across the river, in the aptly named town of Cable." There is no question about the use of boats, i.e., gondola. It has always been Gondola lift.7&6=thirteen (☎) 10:37, 5 April 2016 (UTC)
- User: 7&6=thirteen: so do you want to leave the hook as is? Yoninah (talk) 11:37, 5 April 2016 (UTC)
- It is cited and supported. One could add "and disembark from the train", but I think that is gilding lillies. And interesting, IMO. So yes, I would leave it be, unless one wants to dredge up an alternate. 7&6=thirteen (☎) 11:41, 5 April 2016 (UTC)
