This does not qualify as a two-fold BLP expansion because the article had sources before the expansion, but it does qualify as a five-fold expansion. It is new enough, long enough and neutral. The hook facts are sourced inline. I detected no copyright concerns although there were some lengthy quotations which Earwig picked up. QPQ has been done.
