... that the Diamond Research and Mercantile City based in Gujarat will house the proposed second Diamond Bourse of India?— Nearly Headless Nick {c} 19:22, 1 March 2015 (UTC)
- I'm fine with ALT1 as well. --Rsrikanth05 (talk) 19:25, 1 March 2015 (UTC)

- @BlueMoonset: Didn't quite get the point of your message. There was no incomplete review earlier that you have stated a Full review is required. --Rsrikanth05 (talk) 20:06, 22 March 2015 (UTC)
- Rsrikanth05, the point is to note that the prior discussion doesn't change the fact that a review is needed. A number of reviewers will see text here, even an ALT hook and reply, and skim right by it, assuming that a review is under way. Since no one had stopped by here for three weeks, it seemed wise to put up the red icon to note that a complete review was still needed; I do this on many reviews that appear stalled. I'll do so again immediately below so they don't think that this discussion is part of a review; please don't reply unless you want to further delay matters. Thanks.

- New enough, long enough, neutrally written, well referenced, no close paraphrasing seen. QPQ done. However, the hook is a little boring, more factual than hooky. How about doing something with the DREAM City acronym?
- ALT2:
... that diamonds and textiles will be part of the mix at DREAM City in Surat, India? - ALT3: ... that DREAM City will be Gujarat's third smart city? Yoninah (talk) 21:24, 25 March 2015 (UTC)
- Using DREAM city instead of the full form seems fine, but in ALT2, it says Diamonds and Textile, when actually the entire city will be dedicated to diamond manufacturing and textiles just form a small part as a university. Also, Dream City is the third smart city in Gujarat, and the first in Surat. I guess something can be done along this. --Rsrikanth05 (talk) 21:33, 25 March 2015 (UTC)
ALT3 sounds perfect. :) --Rsrikanth05 (talk) 21:42, 25 March 2015 (UTC)
- Thanks. But since I suggested it, I can't approve it. Could another reviewer please sign off on ALT3? Yoninah (talk) 22:20, 25 March 2015 (UTC)
- ALT3 is properly referenced and good to go. - AdamBMorgan (talk) 10:02, 9 April 2015 (UTC)
