The result of the move request was: Move. We have consensus that the disambiguator (Taiwan) is confusing. Cúchullain t/c 14:36, 29 August 2016 (UTC)
Wellington Koo (Taiwan) → Wellington Koo (politician, born 1958) – The other Wellington Koo was also a Republic of China politician, and here on en.wiki Republic of China (1949–present) is considered equivalent to (and in fact redirects to) Taiwan. Timmyshin (talk) 10:57, 22 August 2016 (UTC)
- Support some move from the current title per nom. — AjaxSmack 02:41, 23 August 2016 (UTC)
- Support per nomination. —Roman Spinner (talk)(contribs) 14:44, 23 August 2016 (UTC)
- Mild support but believes there's a better alternate. I think Wellington Koo (lawyer) is preferable; the currently proposed new name is a bit too long. --Nlu (talk) 23:50, 27 August 2016 (UTC)
- He's less notable for his activities as a lawyer. — AjaxSmack 02:25, 29 August 2016 (UTC)
