This article has just been re-rated from High-Class to Low-Class, on the grounds that it is "Not a general area of knowledge". While the Vellore rising was a much more localized and short-lived outbreak than the Great Rebellion of 1857, the numbers involved and the political implications do make it a significantly important event in Indian history. As such it is covered or referred to in nearly all modern histories of British rule in India. I suggest that a Mid-Class classification would be the most appropriate one.
