I'm trying to understand what the term "human property" means... Does it encompass both slaves and indentured servants? If it's just slaves, then the article could be improved by using the less wordy term "slave". HumanJHawkins (talk) 23:49, 2 March 2010 (UTC)

Rewording a sentence to reflect meaning
