I raised my eyebrows at finding no mention of Elizabeth David or Dorothy Hartley, but now I look on my shelves, I find the latter doesn't mention Mrs Glasse at all, and the former mentions her only in passing, except as a pioneer of ice-creams. This is a delightful article, and a worthy addition to the small group of GAs on food writers. – Tim riley talk 15:43, 2 April 2015 (UTC)
