- Yes I can, the text and syllabus of the decision are in the public domain as works of the U.S. government and it is cited properly, therefore I can closly paraphrase it, which is what I did. I reverted your edit. --Eastlaw talk ⁄ contribs 04:02, 17 July 2012 (UTC)
