Removal of content
editI'd encourage editors to discuss deletions here before doing so. Thanks. Cwobeel (talk) 21:07, 12 March 2014 (UTC)
- That's not how Wikipedia works. The policy says, "Be bold in updating articles, especially for minor changes and fixing problems. Previous authors do not need to be consulted before making changes. Nobody owns articles." If there has already been a discussion on a particular bit of content and a general consensus has been established for including the material, or if a major change is being considered, then it is advisable to discuss before removing. U.S. place in the world
editIn this (http://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/mitt-romney-the-world-needs-a-mighty-us-military/2014/09/04/f5234064-342d-11e4-a723-fa3895a25d02_story.html?wpisrc=nl_most) September 2014 piece in the Washington Post, MR lays out his current views on this topic. I think this is a major statement be the man and should be incorporated into the last paragraph of the section on the U.S.'s place in the world.Kdammers (talk) 02:21, 6 September 2014 (UTC)
- Yes, some of what is in this piece could go there, and some of it could go in the "Defense spending levels" section. Why don't you give the additions a try yourself? Wasted Time R (talk) 11:37, 6 September 2014 (UTC)
