Orphaned references in Notes from the Underground (Hollywood Undead album)

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Notes from the Underground (Hollywood Undead album)'s orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

Dead Bite

I'm removing "Dead Bite" from the singles section, since the band has made it clear that it was not a single. The only single from the album so far is "We Are". Venomous (talk) 10:49, 3 December 2012 (UTC)

In the production section under Personnel, Da Kurlzz is randomly placed under there, not in bullet point nor is he specified for what contribution made in that section.
