editPlease do not remove the cleanup and copyedit tags. There are misspellings here, run-on sentences, spacing problems. That plus tone seems to be trying to convince the reader that this was a heinous crime—an unnecessary effort for most of us.Bjones 15:46, 23 January 2006 (UTC)

editOn April 9 2008, police in Burlington, North Carolina arrested Marvin Lee Smith, Jr. Smith has been charged with unlawful sexual conduct on Keen, a felony. Smith has an extradition hearing set for April 30, 2008, which will determine whether he will be turned over to Ohio authorities to face charges.
